While visiting Estes Park she experienced an issue with the car. 1000 miles from home with limited tools in the car and sunset approaching fast we didn’t have many options. I contacted their towing company who arrived quickly and hauled the car off to their shop. The shop worked to squeeze the car into their schedule to diagnose and get me options quickly as my daughter was due to head back home in a couple days. Our friends were visiting from out of town and their alternator failed on a Sunday morning. Amina arranged the tow, commuted well, and since the part was actually available in Estes, got the car fixed by 5 pm the same day! Awesome service on a Weekend and Sunday. Our friends made it all the way back to Texas the next day with no problems.
I have been meaning to leave this review, awhile back my VW Cabrio decided to die on a road in Estes over Labor Day weekend. They came right out and towed my car. They even fixed it and got it up and running, I had just taken it out of the VW dealer shop and they said it was good to go.... not so. I have been driving my car now since Mohamed fixed it all over the place. He figured out what was wrong when even the dealership didn't get it right. They took very good care of my special little car. Thanks guys!!!! Angie C
I had my rotors replaced here. Even though it was the weekend, I was impressed by how hard the staff worked. The price was very reasonable and in line with standard rates, and their skills were excellent.
