They are awful Poor customer service Constantly talking about you in French Disregard to your time and style Pulling the hair They don't manage time And they charge a lot for poor parting of the hair Poor braid work Weak WiFi I had my phone in transaction to French not pleased with the gossip of the customers I would have given them a negative star it sucked ! Never to return The hand ship work on my scalp was poor and the parting too And no one seems to understand what you request

Hello, I moved to 2016 and this particular hair brighter is my favorite. I just got my hair done tonight no matter how long it took or no matter how long the wait was it was well worth it. I was very irritated about the wait, but I wasn’t gonna go anywhere else. They pay attention to their customers and I would love to keep them in Business. Don’t let the wait get to you. I used to like going to the shop. The last time me and my daughter went, had the worst experience.We had been customers of hers for a while. It used to have a great hairstylist in there. When that one lady who could braid hair real good left, the place hasn’t been the same. I asked them for certain braids for my daughter’s hair and they gave her something else. Then turned around a tried to blame it on us.
