I’ve had a fantastic experience living at Amigos! Angie (manager)is responsive, professional, and always willing to help with any concerns. The maintenance team is quick and efficient, ensuring any issues are resolved promptly. The property is well-kept, clean, and offers great amenities that make living here enjoyable. The community is peaceful, and I feel safe and comfortable in my home. I highly recommend Amigos to anyone looking for a great place to live!
Angie is an amazing manager. She was able to get me an apartment and accommodate to all my concerns. Will definitely be staying here for a while
TL;DR: Nope. Avoid this place. CHRONIC, abrupt water outages, sometimes lasting several hours. Management is never transparent about when it'll happen, and are reliably unreachable when it does. Other considerations: - Traffic noise at all hours of the day. - Outside air makes your furniture smell like a garage. - No kitchen exhaust vent. - Police lights, lighting up the entire complex at night, at regular intervals. - Frequent internet outages/poor connectivity. - Inefficient A/C and appliances.
