We bought our new home in North Ranch Manor and we love the way DR Horton builds their houses with many beautiful upgrades for free. They have awesome floor plans a very good price. Our salesman Chad Bull was so wonderful and helpful in our home buying process, he always went out of his way to answer all of our questions .from the first moment that we went into the model home he made as feel that we were his most cherish customer. The mortgage company associated with D.R. Horton is a farce with switch-and-bait schemes. You get a discount when you use them supposedly, but you just end up paying more. When phone calls are made to the company, they are short and tell you to e-mail/send from from web site--no one wants to talk with you--not very people-oriented.
