Service manager told me "they could fix my truck in a couple hours not a problem" (rear brakes and rotors). It needed to be done no later than the next morning He said he'll have it done no later than the next morning. I came in mid day dropped it off. Received a phone call late afternoon saying it'll be 2 to 4 days for parts, they didn't have the parts, wasted hours out of my day. Im not from here im passing through. Never do business with used lot … sale people are no where professional!! Got a used truck an only 24 hrs was death trap ! Talk bout customer service Nuthing close to it being good at all … yall need to go to Rico’s auto plex trucks a car suv are inspected right be hits the lot .. they pushed paper work to get me in a truck !!!! Stay away from amigo !!
No warranty on alignment. Signed up for special got overcharged which then my bank overcharged me. Still stayed optimistic, Tried to call seeking information.got no feed back, which then I had to go back to the dealership, came in person and would not work with me to realign the vehicle. Offered to charge me another 100$. I think I'll go to a place with honest hardworking people that will see me trying to take care of my car not dollar signs when we walk through the door. Thank you.
