Cheryl M. and the team at Amigo Toyota are so awesome. First quality motors sold me a lemon which finally died on me. Cost of repairs are way more than the vehicle is even worth. So I went to Champion Ford who wanted an arm and both legs to get me into a vehicle. So I went to Amigo and spoke with Cheryl. She was so awesome and very helpful, friendly, and really went way above and beyond and I drove out the lot in a new truck. You guys really are “a better dealership “ thank you guys so much!!!!!
I had purchased my 2025 Jeep from this Toyota Dealership 11 months ago & it went out on me, wouldn't start, in a business parking lot. Unfortunately, the salesperson who sold this vehicle to me was no longer with us 🙏. I know he would've helped/ guided me. Sold an 800-Mile "New" Car. Dishonest, Unprofessional, and Unapologetic. We had a profoundly disappointing experience purchasing a vehicle from this dealership in July. What should have been exciting turned into a lesson in buyer beware. We reserved the car on a 7/15 with a holding payment. Immediately after taking our money, our salesman ceased all communication. Whoever is in charge of the maintenance and lube department needs an actual man to show them how to torque an oil filter to the right spec. Never getting a vehicle serviced there again. I've also noticed from past maintenance, the propeller shafts are not lubricated as it states in the toyota manual and service records. Bunch of sissies scared to do the job right or read a manual.
