ZERO stars is what I want to rate. Avoid this place at all cost!!! I had an experience with negligent work, causing damage to my car. They attempted to "fix" it twice both times failing to do it correctly, either willfully or out of incompetence. I eventually had to go to a different REAL mechanic, but there is still irreparable damage to my vehicle.

I just had my VW Passat serviced at Amigo Tire and my visit there was once again very professional. I have been a customer at Amigo for many years and have never been disappointed w any of the work done on my vehicle! The staff is always nice and they are always there to accommodate your needs even on a Saturday which is a plus for my busy weekday schedule! Thank u Amigo! L Lepsch.

I can't figure out some of the negative comments below. When I went to Amigo Tire the staff were friendly, the service excellent with good prices to boot. I went there because they were recommended by a good friend. I'm going to continue to use them for tires and servicing my car. Another plus is that it is a locally owned business and the owner really seems to care about his customers. I recommend it without reservations.

A bunch of crooks and cheats! I took my car in to get serviced before going on a road trip. I emphasized my excitement for the trip, but also how well I wanted my car to run for the trip, which is why I was there. Long story short, they put my tires on backwards. During the road trip, my check engine light came on and my car was acting up, similar to when traction control is used, but I was driving on the highway!! New Owner a Delight, Service Impeccable – I wondered if the new owners would continue Ken's friendly and kind service and the answer is YES. After blowing a tire late one night and needing to be at work early the next morning I dropped in hoping they would be able to fit me in. Eben was great, he took the time to ask about the type of driving I did, suggested several tires with explanation as to value. Caused Damage to My Vehicle. BEWARE! – This is by far the WORST tire place in Santa Fe. To make a long story short Amigo tire put the wrong size tires on our vehicle. Two in the front were one size and two in the back were a completely different size. Come to find out neither were the correct size for our vehicle!!! The only way we found out is when our driveshaft and AWD unit went out on our vehicle causing $2500.00 worth of damage. Amigo Tire takes excellent care of its customers – I first visited Amigo Tire a few months back and recently returned for a new rim on my tire. I was promptly greeted and careful attention was paid to all four of my tires. I was provided excellent service and attention to detail (turns out I had two bent rims and not one!). I am far from my home town and don't have many local resources for things like this. Now I have some amigos on Cerrilios Road. Very Trustworthy and Great Service – We have been Amigo customers for a decade. Not only is Amigo affordable, but they are very trustworthy and provide great service. The new owner, Eben, is doing a great job and we will continue to have our vehicles serviced there! We are excited for their relocation.

WARNING! AMIGO HAS BEEN SOLD TO CROOKS! – Ken and the old crew were the best in town. The new owners of Amigo are crooks. I took my truck in for an alignment and they told me that they couldn't align it because my steering rack was shot. The quote to fix that was $1400. They told me that just the part was $900. I then took it to my regular mechanic at Toyotech and he told me that not only was my rack fine, but it had no effect on the alignment at all.
