You do your part and call, the customer service rep “Jose” guarantees you your items will be ok for the following day, as long as you’re there at 9am. So you arrive by 8:50am, go in at 9:00am & guess what?! You lost your items because JOSE, decided NOT to notate the account, & now you lost your things, & they want a CRAZY amount of $ to place it back into pawn!!! Hello, not everyone has that kind of money!!! That’s why we called & did our part to make sure our items would be ok to extend for today!!!!! This is Crap!!!!!
