We got a very cold greeting from the man. The woman who greeted us was more friendly and nice, he judged us on looks and was very curt and slightly rude.

We ordered custom arch steel windows from Herrero at the beginning of March 2025. They assured us that they could provide these windows, and the CADs they sent were correct. We were initially given a lead time of 6 weeks for the windows, but when we asked in April (weeks after the order was confirmed) for an estimated delivery date, we were told they wouldn’t arrive until June.
