Used to be 5 star but twice, in our last 5 orders, the delivery times have been terrible (tonight's order was made at 6:18pm, delivery was at 8pm). I even spoke with the owner this evening, and although he did apologize, no offer of receiving even the 2 liter coke on the house was made. I HAD TO CALL REFERENCE THE ISSUE, they didn't call us...out of common courtesy. I doubt we will order for delivery again. It's a shame because this was once a trustworthy neighborhood restaurant. Not anymore.
The worse customer service. We moved and this is only 1/3 places that delivers so we have kept trying. Tonight was the worse. I called and ordered and they said 45 minutes. I called after 1 hour and 35 minutes and asked for the manager. He was unapologetic, I asked if he was the manager and he said "I'm the owner's son", very rude and arrogant. Love this place. Food is great!! Staff are great and Tony the owner and his wife are the best!!!
My family and I LOVE Amici's! We have been coming to Amici's since it was a tiny little place in the hammocks. The food is ALWAYS delicious and the staff are friendly and professional. I will always recommend this restaurant to anyone looking to eat amazing Italian food and delicious pizza! Best pizza in Miami!!

Very nice food. Service is good. Menu is a little bit always the same all the time, they don't have any special of the day � and pleeeease don't try the sangria is just like a juice not good �
