I have eaten here over and over again over the years. The customer service is always great and the food is always great as well.
Teriible, what's to like – Probably one of the worst experiences I've had with a pizza restaurant. I ordered by phone, was told 10 minutes. My office is right across the street, so I waited ten minutes or so before leaving the office. I get there, pay, order not ready yet. 20-25 minutes later I get my order, it's warm at best. By the time I get to my destination it's soggy and room temp. The people comment about the skimpy topping and give me a hard time about it being cold. Great food – The food here is excellent. It is very expensive if you're just going out for a pizza but worth the hassle of going downtown San Jose for.
Love amici's – Love it. though hope it was cheaper.
Not very good on any level. Poor crust, low quality cheese, ingrediants not very fresh. Best pizza in town in Rosie's New York Pizza, hands down.
THE GREATEST on this coast – The best thin crust pizza this coast has to offer. The taste and consistency are stupendus. THE SALADS along side are a healthy portion too.. a great place to eat.
Ok pizza. – To be honest, I didn't think the pizza from Amici's was too impressive. This is probably one of the more expensive pizzas I have bought, and to be frank I'd have frozen taste equal or if not better. The staff is very helpful though. It might also be because I came on a slow night, they really took their time to help me select the right pizza. I ended up with the New Haven White Clam and Spicy Pepper Chicken. the only decent pizza around....so far – i just moved to san jose from new york a year ago. and i gotta be honest, the pizza here isn't so great. amici's however serves up a nice thin crisp crust pizza that's full of flavor. it's close to the "real" thing.
Brick Oven....you gotta love this place! – I am old fashioned and feel that pizzas should come out of a brick oven. No warming lamps for me....
