Strictly Italian, I like that. There are so many other fusion restaurants out there but I like it pure, just like the way they serve their amazing meals in here, pure and authentic Italian cooking.
I can’t talk badly about this place because it is the best place around. The pizzas are amazing and the pastas are really a treat. If you are craving some Italian cooking this will quench that thirst.

Amici's Combo pizza, no olives but add roasted garlic, is my favorite pizza here, though I have many favorites here. All are wood fired, thin crust; vegan and gluten free available, too. Their cheese ravioli with pesto, or pesto and clams, is out of this world. Their pasta with eggplant is GREAT, but ask them to make sure it is super cooked through. Best Pizza ever!!! – I've never tasted better pizza andywhere in the world and I've tried a lot of different places. amici's is by far the very best tasting. The service is great. The servers are very friendly. The best pizza for the money!!
How much? – This is my six year old's favorite restaurant, and the pizza is certainly amongst the tops in san francisco. The meat toppings are really fantastic here, especially the pepperoni and meatballs. Incredibly tasty. But holy smokes, how can they possibly charge so much? This place would be out of business in a day if it were actually on the East Coast! Any random pizza place in the northeast could compete well with Amici's on quality at about 1/3 of the price.
Teriible, what's to like – Probably one of the worst experiences I've had with a pizza restaurant. I ordered by phone, was told 10 minutes. My office is right across the street, so I waited ten minutes or so before leaving the office. I get there, pay, order not ready yet. 20-25 minutes later I get my order, it's warm at best. By the time I get to my destination it's soggy and room temp. The people comment about the skimpy topping and give me a hard time about it being cold. Nice Pizza – Erica and I went to Amici's to meet with our long time favorite Colombian friend Camilo Garcia. It was a simple, cheap and fast meal that worked for everyone, especially Camilo since it is across the street from EA. We ordered a large pizza to share for three, which was a perfect size and quantity. Our taste buds were undecided so we split the pizza half vegetarian and half pollo.
