Omg I LOVE AMECI ever since it opened...my family, friends and relatives always enjoyed Ameci....I used to live in Nyack now I move to another town, I still go to Ameci....the Italian cuisine is out of this world, the appetizers, salad, wine and my personal favorite is Chicken Amici with prosciutto. That is one of their famous dishes and yes Ameci is an icon in Nyack and one of the best Italian restaurants in Rockland!
Family run Italian home style cooking. The pasta was perfect Al dente. Had a wonderful experience. Rosario made our experience personal and got to know a little about him. We would highly recommend this restaurant and will return next time we visit the area. The bread is to die for.
Pleasantly surprised; it seemed small and average based on the pictures and bc I had never gone here before even though it’s close by. I was SO WRONG! It was delicious!!!! Everything was hot and fresh and made with such care. I don’t think I’ve ever had such soft gnocchi, and the bolognese sauce was fantastic. Portions were huge, the coziness of the back room was really nice going in past the pizza shop vibe, and the staff were all incredibly friendly and kind. I loved it and can’t wait to go back!!!!!
