Staff were friendly and very willing to take a deposit of $1000 on my credit card to hold a space for my father. It turned out we opted not to go with Amica, and it’s 2 months later and still no return on the deposit despite many requests. I do not recommend paying a deposit to this company unless you are taking a place for certain. Very disappointed in the lack of response and communication
