I have had Amica for my auto insurance for over 30 years. Their prices are reasonable and their customer service is very good. I do recommend them regarding auto insurance.
They refuse to accept liability. Always get a police report when dealing with amica
I placed an insurance claim due to water damage a week ago and have yet to hear back from Amica. The claims adjuster that was assigned to my case, Erika Morgan, will not return my phone calls or emails. I have explained that my house is unlivable as I have not had a drop of running water in 2 weeks but this does not seem to make any difference to this company. I absolutely do NOT recommend this insurance company and will be changing insurance providers as soon as possible. BUYER BEWARE!
