I’m tired of their annoying spam mail. 1 in 25 people shut up
My opinion is they are a dishonest company. I'm a lawyer. I can't believe they said they would amend my policy and when I called 2 weeks later they changed their tune and gaves different excuses. If you think this company is above that sort of thing, they are not. I can't say I have a problem with anybody in the Holyoke office but Amica as an insurance company is bad in my opinion.
I have been with Amica over 40 yeasts !! Love this company. They are responsive, friendly, helpful. I have had claims and have been completely satisfied with the service. I highly recommend Amica.
I'm encouraged to see how many bad reviews there are here. After being an Amica customer for many years, I called a couple days before my insurance needed to be renewed, to renew it. I was promptly told that, out of nowhere, an incident from several years previous was enough to not be able to offer me insurance. This after steadily raising my rate year after year. Avoid Amica.
