If someone insured amica hit your car they will never pay or damage unless if you go to court
I had them for years until I discovered I was eligible for USAA. They were good but then again they never had to pay that I remember. I had some yahoo T-bone me and deny his light was "red" despite the fact he got a ticket. When I found a witness he finally told the TRUTH, and Country Ins (worst) had to pay out.
