Unofficial petition for them to remove the hideous star A thing ruining our town skyline. It's the highest thing tin town and looks awful. Heart this if you hate it too.
My parents moved in November 2025 and love it here! It is more like a luxury hotel than a retirement home. The property is beautiful, the food is excellent, the staff are friendly and helpful, and they organize lots of fun activities, entertainment and outings for the residents. The location is perfect - right in the heart of Aurora, close to the library, town centre, and town park. It is not cheap to live here, but if you can afford it you will not be disappointed!
My 88 year-old mother moved in November 2025 and it has been a positive experience compared to the last retirement home where she lived for two years. The staff are friendly, professional and caring. It's a new build making for a beautiful, clean and modern environment. Residents are also steps away to restaurants, shops and the town library is across the street. They have a fun calendar of daily activities and and the food is plentiful and well done. I would not hesitate to recommend this retirement home.
