This review is about their ordering process.When you call you are automatically asked to text your order to a number or use their app to place an order, to make it for effective and convenient. There is NO option to speak to a real person about your order. Absolutely ineffective and inconvenient!!! Ordered a woodsy/bark styled cake for a couple that enjoy the outdoors. The bark, leaves and wood grained "carving" came out perfect. They even did an additional mini cake for freezing in short notice. Will definitely use again!!
The cake was delicious. We ordered 3 for a wedding all different flavors and they were just amazing. The customer service (in store) could be a little better and planning for a wedding (my sons) can be so stressful and they were a bit unprofessional ... Called me saying the fresh flowers were not delivered and I was freaking out! I always like their opera cake, but today i ordered the mango raspberry for a change and it was so good! My son is allergic to egg that's why I am so happy that Amia exists!!! :)
loved their cake..soft, delicious and looked beautiful.
Very disappointed! Cake was NOT made per order and definately not worth the $50 price tag. Feel cheated and ripped off.
