Horrible property manager. Doesn’t reply to maintenance requests. One apartment has roaches literally floor to ceiling which are migrating to other apartments. The dumpster is over flowing constantly. The roof had a leak due to negligence and no maintenance 4 months ago and came through 2 apartments above us into our apartment. The water damage hasn’t been fixed and there is mold making the tenants and pets sick. It got into the electrical and they haven’t sent out an electrician. I worked for them for two weeks at a new property in Illinois and they haven’t paid me, when I demanded answers they blocked me and won’t respond to my request for answers to my questions regarding my pay.
Worst company ever they don’t care about their employees or residents they treat the like garbage and don’t even offer them the benefits package that was promised upon hiring all they care about is money even if they have to break the law to due it. One of their employees brought their dogs on site and they tried to bite a resident and then told the resident that the dog is friendly.
