Shady at best. Lots of construction done after 9pm in building and no one is licensed or has insurance. One night I stopped by my office around 10:45 pm working on a deadline and saw a group of men working, when I asked who’s moving in, they all just packed up and left. Building was in great shape when they took over 2 years ago but now it’s falling apart, it looks abandoned and so neglected. Horrible people
Terrible! They sign Contracts and then screw small businesses by not paying them. They think they can get away with it but they won’t. They will see me in Court!
Horrible property manager. Doesn’t reply to maintenance requests. One apartment has roaches literally floor to ceiling which are migrating to other apartments. The dumpster is over flowing constantly. The roof had a leak due to negligence and no maintenance 4 months ago and came through 2 apartments above us into our apartment. The water damage hasn’t been fixed and there is mold making the tenants and pets sick. It got into the electrical and they haven’t sent out an electrician. I worked for them for two weeks at a new property in Illinois and they haven’t paid me, when I demanded answers they blocked me and won’t respond to my request for answers to my questions regarding my pay.
