I worked with Ms. Pelat – she is an excellent agent. She listed my place in July, and we were on contract in a week, and it sold in less than a month. She is not just a fast and sufficient realtor but will choose the best offer to meet the client's needs. She is an excellent negotiator with a very personalized touch. I am delighted with her work and highly recommend it!
