she was very sweet but my nails look very bad. The environment was weird, she took an hour longer than expected, my nails are not even the same length, she cut me multiple times. i am very unhappy that i paid and sat there for two and a half hours for my nails to look how they do.

I just seen Ami tonight, she is seriously so genuine, kind, and so so beautiful. She uses a unique technique for acrylics compared to a lot a nail places. she is very good at her work, very gentle, focused and she takes her time. Will be returning in the future when in the area :)

Made an appointment online today and recieved confirmation via automated text. Drove to salon and arrived 25 min early. As I was sitting in my car waiting recieved another automated text 20 minutes prior to my appointment stating Ami canceled my appointment. No way to text/reply back. Tried calling. No answer and voicemail full. If there was emergency I understand but it would have been nice to recieve a call or at the very least a reason she needed to cancel.
