Driver with LP# AKI05 is aggressive and unsafe. I think it’s Sean Trejo. He sped up to cut me off and not let me over, then flipped me off multiple times. Surprised he could do that because he also had his phone in his hand. No blinkers from left lane to the right to cut over last minute to get off at his exit, while STILL on the phone.
