Took my son here before for a cut and was happy with it and so we tried coming back. Scheduled for the last appointment for the day and we ran a bit late. Hit unusual traffic and took over an hour to get there. I did message the stylist about being a bit late too but never heard back. We were right down the street and they called and cancelled the appointment saying it’s policy and they had another customer coming in after. But really they were closing.
