Literally the worst experience ever. It appears as though these people are only prioritizing persons who are going to get their hair done as opposed to persons who wishes to get the style that was done by them (Ami hair braiding) taken down! When I booked my butterfly locs installation it went smoothly because that cost $180. The moment I scheduled an appointment to undo the locs which costs $40 I was pushed around. I had a terrible experience at this hair salon, not once but TWICE!! First off, they had me waiting over 30 minutes past my appointment time without any communication or apology, then informing me they don’t have the braiding hair color (BLACK) for my hairstyle. The person answering the phone and scheduling appointments seemed unorganized and unprofessional, showing little regard for punctuality. On top of that, the cleanliness was a serious issue. I called first to get a quote for my young adult son for full head box braids. We were a walk-in, and luckily, there was only a little girl getting her hair braided. So they were able to take my son right away. After she looked at his hair, she kept the price the same. $60. They said it would take about 1.5 hours, and it took 1hr 45 minutes. I love this hair salon they are so nice asks anything before they do it 10/10 and they are very friendly and gentle with my hair and took their time I just wish they did the braids a little bit smaller
