I would NEVER recommend living in a property from AMI Construction. The whole experience was incredibly disorganized, inconsistent, and frustrating from start to finish. Communication was very poor, and tenant concerns were often ignored instead of addressed. This was, without question, the worst rental experience I’ve ever had. What should have been one of the happiest seasons of my life—bringing home my newborn—became months of unnecessary stress. I repeatedly asked for help with ongoing issues in the home and did not feel supported. Instead of finding solutions within a business CONTRACT (over 10,000 lost), I was left feeling dismissed while trying to recover from childbirth and care for an infant as a paid client.
