On Tuesday October 19th, 2021, I went to the business AMI Behavioral Health Services around 2:45 PM, for a Revocation Packet to be done so I can get my Driver's Licence back. I paid the amount of $175 and it took about an hour to be done. The counselor at the end told me that the Revocation Packet would be sent to the MVD in Phoenix most likely the next day, Wednesday October 20th, 2021, as it was already 4 PM and they'd be closing soon.
