Went here for a court ordered DUI screening and this place was on the list the court gave me of place to go to. My initial intake went alright the front desk staff was friendly. After I completed all the tests and papers I received my treatment plan that not only didn’t meet my court requirements but also would cause me to miss enough work to loose all of my full time benefits. Absolutely amazing. 1st visit, I knew exactly what I needed and was going to receive here. 2nd visit, I got exactly what I was told I would. Staff is kind and caring. AMI offers a wide variety of services for self help and improvement. Unlike other places you will actually get your money’s worth here. I feel better every time I walk though their doors no matter which way I’m going (in or out) I just feel better. Isn’t that the point?
If I could give it 0 stars I would. I went here on October 19th, 2021 for my Revocation Packet to be done to get my DL back. The counselor told me that it would be sent either the same day or at least the next day since my appointment was around 2:45 PM. Here I was thinking for almost a month now that it was sent and should be hearing a decision very soon; I have my car ready, it's got insurance, SR 22, and interlock, but just need my license.
