Such an amazing experience! We were visiting from Ontario and our 4Runner was making a weird noise. My husband was concerned so we visited Amherst Toyota and they took time out of their day to drive around with my husband, figured out the problem and fixed it for us! We are so greatful and cannot recommend this dealership enough!
We bought a truck there that wasn’t Toyota brand. It was taken in as a trade for a bigger truck. The truck we bought was in immaculate condition with only 8000kms on it. We just got home from purchasing a toyota Tacoma at Amherst toyota with Sales Rep Paul Walsh. Our first time walking in to Amherst toyota and right away we were greeted with a smile by the receptionist at the desk. Then Paul came walking, greeted us and it felt like we were meeting up with a friend. He listened and paid attention to what we were looking for in a vehicle. We never felt pressured, rushed and he welcomed any questions we had. Dealing with Paul was easy, comfortable and we truly recommend!
