We just got home from purchasing a toyota Tacoma at Amherst toyota with Sales Rep Paul Walsh. Our first time walking in to Amherst toyota and right away we were greeted with a smile by the receptionist at the desk. Then Paul came walking, greeted us and it felt like we were meeting up with a friend. He listened and paid attention to what we were looking for in a vehicle. We never felt pressured, rushed and he welcomed any questions we had. Dealing with Paul was easy, comfortable and we truly recommend!
We had such a great experience here. Truck troubles on the way back from vacation and they squeezed us in for service. Everyone was so friendly and they treated our kids so well despite them being very rambunctious! Thanks again Toyota Amherst!
