If you live on the west side of town, the storage facility is close which is nice. The customer service is lacking. These people dont know how to treat others, especially paying customers. There is really no guided direction on when or where you should pay your rent and asking for help usually yields an answer that makes you feel stupid. I would definitely NOT recommend the service of this company...find another storage facility!!!
