He kept me updated from the initial estimate all the way through choosing shingle colors, making sure I understood each part of the process. At the end of the day, I needed a new roof and the new one I got is great, no complaints whatsoever, fantastic roof. I did have to hold back 1 star because of a series of small incidents that when stacked together add up to a fair share of aggravation. First was the confirmation of shingle color, I text our final selection to Alex without any confirmation back acknowledging. Alex has been fantastic and responsive through the process. He took the time to explain the estimate to me and various options and has been very helpful in responding to our leaking roof until our repair.
