BEEN IN New unit sense Nov 12. 10 THINGS LIST FOR DONE 14 DAYS . Now Jan 16 nothing done. . No 24 hour watch . So 24 hour Maintenance on call . Is tall there is NO IN CHARGE OF Maintenance. So even what the heat off . STILL ON WERE 98 IN MY UNIT. NO REPLY ON MESSAGE LEFT WEEK AGO
I WAS TOLD EVEN were I had to down size OWN 1bedroom unit that my rent is still the same as 2 bedroom unit .
Well Sense Dec 2025 insulation needs to replaced around floor board's so pipes don't freeze up again . Now Aug 2025 And was told that is not going to fixed by maintenance people .. Do below 0 out don't ask me ? Why talk about hello cold air on hot pipes freeze up . As well the Heat out side comes threw the brickes it Sauna 92 in bedroom nothing being done about .
