The ownership and management of the property is A+! This is a perfect example of private and government resources working to make life better for seniors. Always new improvements that exceed what other privately owned apartments in the area are doing. At 76 years of age, I could not find a better place to live.
As a former property manager this was my model of a great senior community. This place is great.
Nice and clean small apartment
We have the best staff at Amherst Senior Apartments. They do a great job clearing snow! The staff is always there for us, and so helpful.
Awesome situation for my parents / mom. Moved my parents in 6 months ago. The Management, Maintenance and cleaning crew are awesome. Mary & Rick A++. My father passed recently and all the people there are so supportive of my mother. Management & Maintenance are there always when needed and always go the extra. The complex is well kept & welcoming. The apartments are right sized and have new appliances. Just a very nice place to be.
