I went in with chronic and severe neck pain, fairly sure there was no help or hope for my pain. I didn't think anyone could help. But I went, after friends convinced me to give it a try. I was greeted by a very nice woman at the desk, who noticed I was in extreme pain and provided me with pillows while I sat in the waiting room and did her best to make me comfortable.
