Was in the area, decided to call to see if I could get an apt. They just happened to have a cancellation. Receptionists were awesome, got me all set up and we're very friendly. Dr Cote was also very friendly and helpful. Thank you!
The new office staff are horrible. The doctor stops seeing patients on a particular day and they do NOT call to tell you that the appointment booked a year ago was randomly cancelled. You rebook and are not advised that they changed their system and no longer have your insurance information or health care on file (as well as have a rude office staff lie to you and interrupt your conversation with the other employee).
