Kindness, helpfulness, knowledge, sharing of information from the time you walk through the door to reception area... What is so important to me is the appropriate explanations given to me by both the dentist and the hygienist, as well as their willingness to take time with me..Phone contact is so very pleasant. My family started with Dr. Eisman in 1975, one of my adult children will be returning to them, and I have continued for the 44 years with the successors.
Very helpful staff, good explanations, just a great office all around.
