My daughter had her yearly appointment this morning. We were notified that she was due for a vaccine. We went through our visit, our nurses and Dr. Kresge were wonderful as always! Upon standing in line at check out, my daughter passed out as a result of the vaccine. As soon as I yelled for help, the staff was right there, all on board helping out my child. The care and just genuine love they gave her was remarkable! I thank each and everyone of those who were right by our side! Great care!
Seems like your experience here will be hit or miss. Making the appointment over the phone was easy enough but originally the appointment was scheduled for Memorial Day and I clarified with the young lady on the phone that they'd even be open that day. She said yes and after the call I received my confirmation text that it would be on the 25th. Somewhere along the line the appointment got moved to the 27th.
