All about getting your money. Can't take there eyes off the computer screen long enough to actually look you in the eyes while you're explaining your symptoms. All I hear is yes ..yes...never making eye contact...typing. I started coming here after Dr. Smith passed away sure miss the days when doctors had a conversation with their patients. The ones today/here want you in and out and to know if your insurance is still the same smh.
I was at the Madison Heights office today, very nice facility and I had a great appointment with my doctor, Brenda Kozak, who is the best one out there!! I got a lot of things done and I'm so satisfied with all my accomplishments! Brenda is kind, gentle and compassionate, she listens and spends time with me. I appreciate her and all the nurses for their professional manner! The place was clean and everything looked in its place! I recommend them to all my friends and family!!!
