Great place looks not shaby for the price
They will take months to fix anything. The place is covered with spotlights aimed at your windows so you'll have to buy blackout curtains. Maintenance people are very rude and have no problem just walking into your apartment. A lot of the upstairs units have leaks. Also if you don't like someone else's loud bass booming through your walls avoid this place. Just do yourself a favor and keep looking.

Stayed here while at UNM new management is rude and horrible to me so I moved out AVOID thanks
