If I could give it less than 1 star I would. Spent 2 days waiting for phone calls that never came. Whoever answers the phone is extremely rude. Their “process” for handling a crisis is a joke.
The Adult Unit is beautiful and the staff are wonderful. They treated me with respect and made sure to use my preferred pronouns and name. I would definitely recommend this crisis unit to anyone who needs help
The facility is dirty and unkempt. The dignity for children is nonexistent.I would never allow someone I love to stay there again.
