AMH the only place were you pay a monthly landscape fee and then charge you at move out for dead plants. This place is an absolute joke if you enjoy overpaying for shit built house, enjoy having fee after fee and then have to pay for things at move out that were broken to begin with then this place is for you! I’ve lived and rented at many places and AMH is the worst ever and their staff is rude and unprofessional. I will never recommend them to anyone. Stay away from these houses and anything AMH you’ll be glad you did.
DO NOT RENT from AMH homes! Look them up on Facebook and their reviews first. Literal hell dealing with them after you sign a lease. You fix your own maintenance problems and watch out for fees everywhere. Literally caught them double charging me a service fee and they said I am wrong even though I have proof it’s being taken on my lease and my utilities. The same service charge for the same amount!
