long waits for modest service The two times we've had to use their ER, the waits were very long for visits to a nurse. In the case of a fractured foot bone, it took nearly a day from arrival to departure in a cast. They're busy and understaffed, and both take their toll on service. If you don't have insurance, it is even worse. PROS: beats dying CONS: long waits, overloaded, crowded waiting areas
