Jerry was amazing. He came in and was polite and prompt. He got everything done quickly and took the time to make sure it was done right!
Will not do repairs in a timely manner we have had a multiple water leaks for months, we have multiple spaces we PAY for that are not usable because of water continually leaking, damages to the walls and floors and MOLD growing and all they tell me is we'll follow up with maintenance to see about timelines to HOPEFULLY fix it, it took a month and a half to fix the leak in the closet and its still not usable the guy was here 2 weeks ago and said he would be back to finish the drywall didn't say anything about the the floor an... read more
If I could leave zero stars, I would. Any time you email your “property manager” a response is never received. I have been trying for two days to make a WIPS payment because we cannot pay online and have not been able to. This same error has been given at Smith’s, Walmart and CVS; multiple locations each. When I asked the staff if they have been having issues with the WIPS payment system, their answer has been not until me. I have made a total of four calls to their 855 number that has lasted over 30 minutes each before I fi... read more
