Eric has been AMAZING!!! He is so thorough and so knowledgeable. He takes time to explain what is happening and what's being fixed. He takes so much pride in his work and that's hard to come anymore!
Dante was very helpful, brought me up to date on future maintenance and really appreciated his knowledge.
Eric did such a good job of fixing our oven, and explaining to me what went wrong to cause the issues. While he was here he made a point of asking about a variety of things to make sure we were having any other issues with maintenance. He was professional, respectful and kind throughout the whole appointment.
Amh I should give 0 because is horrible deal with they AI but after 2 hours.45 minutes at the phone i got the opportunity to find a Professional there in Kalee Galetka who I will give a 5 start but she deserves a 10. The Management should be proud to have her working ther... the manager for AMH never returned a requested call I hope the District o Regional manager reed this and I will send a letter so they get aware what is going on in the company who pay them but they no even know what is going on....
Dante has been the AMH technician who’s come out 2 times since we moved in to resolve the issues that were reported. Dante is extremely knowledgeable, professional, kind and patient. Dante has great follow up on what issues couldn’t be resolved same day. We appreciate AMH and Dante. Thank you.
