We recently had Issac out to help with a maintenance issue with our kitchen sink. He was super helpful, quick and reliable!
Homes are nice but the management team out of Nevada and local service team don’t communicate well. If you choose to have your place professionally cleaned at move out be sure to upload your receipt to your portal or you’ll end up paying twice as you know “Covid”. In my case I had to clean when I moved in and make repairs i.e. patch walls and paint. Overall good property but like most things there's residual made up cost to fleece the consumer.
When I tell you! I’ve been here with AMH for a while and I have had THE best experience with not only them but the Maintenance! Isaac (Maintenance crew) is so amazing ☺️☺️🤗 anything that I’ve had to be done no matter how big or how small he has made it happen! Even when I had anxiety about it or I felt it was not so much of an issue that I didn’t even put it on the maintenance request, He still made it happen with no judgment or problems! Isaac was great! Super personable, very knowledgeable, & communicated everything he was doing. Made his appointment very pleasant. The same cannot be said for any of my interactions as a renter with AH4R as a company over the past 4 years. Not good!
They have always been quick to take care of my issues. Steve is the best. He’s always a great help And very knowledgeable.
