The absolute worst place to rent from. We asked for them to reconsider raising the rent while my wife battles stage 4 cancer. Their owned comps (one next door) reflected lower rent values, they didn't care and raised it anyway. The house next door sat for months and is now lowered in price. They won't even respond to our inquiries about that since they already got our extra $200/mo locked in. There’s not enough stars in the universe to give for my property manager, Richard Underwood. If you ever get him for a property manager, you will understand why I say that. He is the most kind and understanding man. Easy to communicate with and work with. He’s very informative, explains everything and is genuinely a good hearted man. The company experience was okay, as expected from a publicly traded rental management company. However, Rich Underwood was really, really good at the customer service side. Best we’ve ever had as a rental point of contact. World class customer service and kindness.
