We were renters in a AMH rental for approximately 3 years. The home was fine in terms of what it was, and all service requests were dealt with in a timely manner. We met some really amazing neighbors during our time spent in our rental neighborhood as well. I would say my stay with AMH was more on the positive side. I would recommend taking your own move in and move out pictures so you can dispute any move out charges. Also be aware that the maintenance requests take longer than expected. Took me 2-3 weeks each time I made one. When I moved out, they tried to charge me an extra month of rent and damage charges. I disputed and got it removed because of the pictures and help from resident manager Rich Underwood.
Jerry is awesome! He showed up right when he said he would. He worked quickly to diagnose the problem and worked quickly to replace and repair the problem. Thanks Jerry!
Jerry was top notch! He knew how to fix our issue right from the start. He was fast, efficient, clean and very knowledgeable. On top of the friendly service, we had some fun conversations! You can tell he loves what he does and is proud of his work. We are very satisfied and will be requesting him if another problem arises. Thank you Jerry!
