James M from Maintenance was extremely prompt and very helpful during our emergency plumbing issue. Thank again James M for such amazing service and very thorough and prompt.
I had an issue where my door wouldn't shut right and they sent out Dante. He was so nice and got the door fixed up real quick, and even asked if there was anything else he could help with while he was here. Very good experience.
I spoke with Beverly Rowley at American Homes for Rent to ask about an extra garbage can because we have so much yard waste. She was so kind and informative guiding me through the process. I expected it would take awhile, but she followed up today with an email that included all of the details and I am very happy to that this will be fixed on Monday. We have lived in our home for over 5 years and have stayed because they are so easy to work with and have people like Beverly working there.
Eric was very kind and professional, he did a great job at fixing what we needed and explained everything thoroughly.
