Calling AMH maintenance today for a follow up on a ticket I submitted went smoothly. I was placed on hold by Sayd so they could check where my ticket was at in the process, checked back with me asked it I would be ok getting a text message with an update so that I didn’t have to be on hold. This was a great option! The text was prompt everything scheduled. Positive experience
Truly a terrible experience. No peace of mind. They nickel and dime you for everything. House was disgusting when they turned it over to us. We moved out and cleaned it much better than we found it and they still charged us for a cleaning.
Pamela was amazing and super helpful besides the long queue times the team has been amazing getting us into our new home!

Dante was amazing! He helped us diagnose and prioritize issues in the home and was polite and courteous. He definitely went above and beyond! By far, the best experience we’ve had since we moved in.
