The AMG Physical Rehabilitation Hospital in Covington is a great facility with a nurse and therapist team that cares and is compassionate to all patients. Patients and Families are involved with all levels of care and meet on a daily and/or weekly basis with the physicians and clinical team in order to discuss patient goals and to measure progress. Patients are received from all regional hospitals and are treated with clinical excellence,warmth, dignity and respect.
This place is a joke!! There is no communication and nurses do not follow the doctor‘s orders! DO NOT take your family member here in less you want them to be in pain!
This place is horrible! Doctors spend less than 2 mins with patients n rush out and do not chart their changes, and if by some odd chance they do, the nurses don't follow the orders anyway! Place is filthy, and they treat the older patients so so bad!!!!!!! Nurses are rude and too busy on their phones Facebooking and snap chatting to help a patient transfer or get to the bathroom.
AMG is a great facility with a fanatic staff. They work as a team to get the job done. This is the 4th medical facility we have been to in the last 7 months. And hands down this place is the Best.
