RUN, RUN, RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN WAY FROM HERE. I've lived in my place for 5 years. It took them 4 1/2 years to fix my restroom that was literally falling in on itself. Rotten wood and black mold and Fallin supports for the house. Totally rotten wood it would just desentergrate and fall apart in your hands. The water heaters where they were stored outside the wood was in the same shape totally rotten. the first day of move in was already a disaster. black MOLD in one of our closets and garage, broken refrigerator that's included in the rent, and dead/alive roaches everywhere! i did my best to clean up. we contacted them that first day about the mold and refrigerator, they promised to have someone fix it. it took me numerous phone calls & them 2 weeks to finally send someone (definitely not a timely manner) to remove the black mold and replace our refrigerator (with another old refrigerator). Do not even bother trying. You would think years worth of reviews complaining that no one ever gets back to you after reaching out, that MAYBE just MAYBE, they would now be making an active effort to change that. However, it took weeks of inquiries & finally an unhappy email to the supposed head guy to get any actual information. The information across almost ALL their listings are very vague, leaving you no option but to contact them too. The company has been nothing but good to me... I would put in a service request and the guy would call me the same day or the next day.
