Hello I am a tenant of this property management company. Ive been living in my apartment for several years now. They came and took over my building in February. I wouldnt recommend anyone to rent from them. They chose to take over our building and other properties owned by our previous property managers which was ***. *** owner Chikko ***** committed fraud. Everyone is aware of this because the new tenant union informed us. They have not fixed anything in our apartments and we are now without hot water and heat in our units.... read more
My Granddaughter lives at one of there Buildings ***** * ******a. This Company is a Disgrace!!! I went to Visit her around September 2017 and she was very Upset and stressed out about how they handle buisness And Never took her serious. And to see her Life turned upside down because renting from This Company is a Pure.... NIGHTMARE FOR HER!! This Company sucks
