I have been seeing Dr Chae for over 15 years. I can’t even begin to describe her professionalism, patient care and over all relationship she develops with you. She takes the time with you at each visit, reviews your current health in detail and recommends next steps when needed. Anytime I send her a message through the portal, she responds very timely. She’s the best! 5 stars all the way around! So thankful I found her! Very thorough and professional and actually puts in the time to spend with you on your appointment. I always leave with a written visit summary which is extremely helpful. If you can get her as your doctor…. Please do, she is amazing!
I am so thankful for Dr. Saenz and his incredible team for exceptional care during my pregnancy and afterwards. Dr. Saenz took care of me with so much warmth, professionalism, and expertise and has always made me feel very comfortable. Appointments with him never feel rushed, as he takes the time to answer all questions and get to know his patients personally. Even after moving out of town, I still travel back to see Dr. Saenz. I am so deeply grateful to have him as my doctor and cannot recommend him enough!
Dr. Chae is very thorough in her questions and her testing. I never feel rushed and she is very responsive when I "email" a question. I get excellent care from her.
