Lorena very nice and a great service
Love the pasadena location. Lorena and the back office staff are always communicating with you and are always very attentive, quick and friendly .
This is about the AMG Medical Group after hours staff who takes calls for emergencies. I'm not going to go into grave detail because I've already exhausted myself with every operator to convince them to pass on a message about my daughter. BRIANNA for the AFTER HOURS CALL CENTER decided for me that it wasn't an emergency and purposely hung up on me. Dr Lin has been my Dr for a few years now and he is Hands Down the best PCP you could choose. He looks you in the eyes and asks questions and more then that actually listens. His staff is always professional, positive and know what they are doing. If they can handle me and I’m a nightmare then they can handle anyone and still have a smile on their face.
