AMG built a lovely custom home for my family and I. Working directly with the builder (Adam) allowed us to understand each step of the journey and customise our home to our budget and liking. AMG's tradesmen were great to deal with and provided a quality product. 1.5 years after moving in the post handover support has also been great from Lucas and I would build again with them.
Would I build with AMG Home Builders? Definitely Not! I went to purchase a company vehicle from this business and got completely messed around. Not only did they lie about the kms on the vehicle and make me drive an hour to see it, the vehicle was in average condition with bald tyres and oil leaks. NONE of this was stated on the advertisement. If they can’t organise a car viewing, I certainly wouldn’t be trusting them with my house! Clowns
Would I build with AMG again? A resounding yes! Working with AMG to create our custom and unique home was a real pleasure. From start to finish we felt we were being looked after by a small team that really wanted to help us realise our dream home. Any request we had they found a way to achieve. - demolishes residents property without consent from neighbours. - leave residents without boundary fences for in excess of 9 months. - 0 communication with any work involving adjacent residents. - construction sites left unsecured from public with falls in excess of 3m, non compliant scaffold, falls adjacent to exposed reinforcement.
