I wouldn’t recommend getting a car here go else where ! I got a car here and wish I had not . The people here tell you anything to get you in a car you get a call from the bank and it’s something completely else . *The lady that works there and handles temp plates in THEIR DMV Department RUDE disgustingly rude so please do not go here especially if you live out of state because you may need to talk with her she needs to be fired due to her mannerism and Customer Service *
AMG Somerville sells damaged cars and you can not get a registration on plates, I have been getting the run around from Olga since 3/29 every day I have called and she gives no valid reason why I haven’t gotten my registration on plates, I reported AMG to the BBB they did not respond..DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THIS PLACE.
BAIT AND SWITCH! I was interested in 2 separate vehicles and confirmed with the girl who answers the Internet inquiries that they were both still at the dealership and available when I got out of work at 3:30 p.m. We drove an hour to get there and mysteriously both vehicles were unavailable when we arrived at 4:30. Flat out lied to us from the get go. Very shady business practices.
Dont buy from them if you end up having any serious issues with your car they will not help you or answer your call or message not even the manager and will ignore your calls once the receptionist sees the number on the screen i am stuck with a 2019 Mercedes Benz that wont run and has warranty but Mercedes wont cover due to lack of maintenance from before i got in Aug 2020
Dont buy from them once you buy from if you have issues they will not answer your calls or help with anything not even the managers and you will be stuck paying for a car you cant use with manufacturer warranty that wont cover even if you get a car fax from them call the listed shops on their to confirm what services where actually done to the vehicle your buying
