Completely incompetent company when doing appraisals. There’s a reason why it’s only rates 1 star, and I can attest to the other three negative reviews! Appraiser (Roger) has no idea WTH he is doing, but likes to talk like he does. It didn’t take much research to dig up what kind of a person he is and why appraisals are done the way they are. Anybody who uses this company, beware! You’ll see why every review was rated at 1-star!
They did a VA inspection on a house for us. Va does not let you pick your own inspector. They Called NOTHING OUT. We had our own inspection done, 8 rotted out windows, water damage, mice. Absolutely disgusting work. Would give zero stars.
Do not use this company for your appraisal. He did not do an adequate appraisal using completely inappropriate and inadequate comps to determine value. When asked to reconsider would not even consider relevant and pertinent information. I’ve never had such a terrible experience with an appraisal. Would give this company 0/5 stars if it was possible. 1/5 is generous.
Individual showed 40 min aft scheduled show time 29 April. Stated 2nd heated garage was 32'×24' and was a 2 car garage. The building IS 36'×24' and IS a 3+ car garage. Moreover, he stated in his appraisal the housing market was stable in our development. Ignoring recent sales: 23820 Mackenzie sales: 4/2021 455k, 9/2020 409k, 1/2015 305k. 23790 Mackenzie sales: 3/2021 450k, 5/2019 390k.
